Well it all started about two years ago when I met Connor. He was shy and sweet and knew how to make me laugh. We had a lot of things in common but I guess the one thing we didn't have in common would be the downfall of our relationship.
To keep things simple he had money,he was rich, well his family was rich. He was just in highschool so he didn't have any money of his own. He had the easy life.He stayed home and played his xbox and never had to lift a finger. Me on the other hand, I had to work and save up my money to just to go on dates. I never thought any of that mattered to him. Cause well its just money it has no sentimental value in a loving relationship. I was wrong. Towward the end of the relationship he started to leave me out of things and I finally confronted him about it.
He went out to eat with some of his "rich" friends and didn't invite me and his excuse was "I didn't think you would like a fancy restraunt like that" So to sum it all up one day we got in an argument over something stupid but he took it wat to personal and rolled off something like "at least my family HAS money!" well that was the final straw. I slapped him across the face, kicked him in the crotch and said "eff you and your money! We are done!"

My Boyfriend and Me were together for 7 months when it all started. He found out his Uncle (which was like his dad) had cancer. I was ALWAYS there for him, and ALWAYS tried to make him feel better. I sat in the hospital with him a couple of times, to try to make him feel better. He starting acting different around me when all this happend, He was alot more mean & starting acting like he didnt care anymore. I kept telling him how he was hurting my feelings but the fighting continued. At the first of July everything starting going down hill. We fought everyday. I always trie telling him how i felt but he never listened to me. One night around the usual time he calls me He said he wasnt going to call because he was watching a movie. I just asked him If a movie was more important than me? and he said I get mad over the littest things. All I wanted was to talk to my boyfriend? The next night, I texted him and asked him if he was getting tired of me? And he said I dont know, I just need time. So that scared me and I called him. Well apparently he didnt have enough respect for me to go somewhere private so we could talk about this. Because all I could hear in the back ground was people talking & he was saying was Idk Idk Idk to every question I asked. That night I decided to ignore him for the rest of the night & the next few days, hopeing that would make him realize how much he had hurt my feelings. But that was a horrible mistake because all he did was get more pissed at me over it. I finally broke down and texted him a few days after this and all he texted back was," You know we are not dating anymore, Right?" That broke my heart. I called him and we talked for 1 hour & a half. He wanted to take a 2 week break from our relationship because he was so "stressed" & needed time to think. So I was like Okay maybe this will Help out relationship. We went 2 days without talking and i was miserable. I missed him so much. A couple of more days went by and I found out from some of our friends he had been "talking" to another girl. And he denyed it when I asked him. & even his sister said he liked her & they were talking. I told him I was done and I wanted all my stuff back from him. 2 weeks went by, and We havent talked. He has left picture comments on that girls pictures, and ive seen them. Lastnight I broke down and asked him,"Honestly do you miss me?" All he wrote back was, " Kinda, but no not really." I was crying so hard I had a panic attack. Now here I am, Alone. I try to talk to other boys but all they do is remind me of him. I cry everytime Im not with someone being occupied. I miss him ALOT, & knowing im not good enough for him to love me forver like he promised kills me every second. Im depressed & not happy anymore. Ive always been a happy person but I cant even smile anymore. Next monday we would have been together 9 months, I still feel like texting him and saying Happy 9 month Anniversary sweetheart, I love you with all my heart, but i know I cant. God makes everything happen for a reason but i dont feel that this is a blessing or to make things better. Maybe one day someone will bring back the smile on my face.

Okay-we were high school sweethearts.I met him when I was 14 and he was 15. We started dating months later. Our relationship always moved slow. But now that things ended, I realized how he has always slowly tried to pull himself away from me but because he was my first EVERTHING I always put up with alot. Well through many fights and break ups on and off we were together for 6 years.
He broke up with me a month ago. He said I was selfish, immature and spoiled. As much as it does hurt. Why should i give my WHOLE heart to someone who just stomps all over it! LIAR!

I was in love with some girl, when I met a girl who became my friend (very good friends). I broke up with my love just to offer her a chance to be with some one who was better for her than me. She would ignore her but he would wait. I thought of moving out so he could get his place which, he did. My love hated me for leaving but I could live with the thought that atleast she'll be happy all her life without me.
I was coming out of that love and discovered my friend had developed feelings for me. For the first thought I had her by my side in my low time so I accepted her but her sister and I had an ego clash. Her sister always ruled my friend (now my GF) and I opposed it. This took her sister be against me and I certainly could not accept her sister. I took a promise from my GF to not let her sister get involved in our life and in simple words leave her for me. She agreed but kept the contacts with her sister, this reason brought so many fights between us but nothing changed. After marriage till date, many fights and many chances to break up, she still wants to sail in 2 boats.
No breaking contacts at the cost of my happy married life. I realised some times you as a husband is expected to accept all you get but you are unable to....Can't be a doormat and can't keep fighting everyday when the reason is her family. I think of moving out but get blamed. Along the way the fights have made me hear things that haunt me now and I see my feelings for her are not the same anymore.
I regret to have given my LOVE in somebody's hand and sacrificed. 2nd time I was taken for granted. Now I am all broken and just dragging myself with her as we have a child as well.
Can't live with her and can't leave her. Living with her has a cost to pay and leaving her has a cost for my child to pay.
Sometimes life gives you a fruit that looks sweet but its bitter when you bite. I am responsible for my own mistakes and will have to learn to live with the memories of my Fisrt and only love. What is more ironic than this?

We were high school sweethearts but ended up going to different colleges in different states. She chose the college she went to because she wanted to become a doctor. We didn't get to see each other a whole lot but it was enough to keep going. She gave up becoming a doctor after a semester and i supported her. She then said she wanted to study abroad for a year and I didn't want her to go because we'd be apart for a year and it was hard enough being apart for how long we were. I got an offer for an internship and it was pitched to me that i'd make a lot of money. It turned out that wasn't the case. I decided to quit and go home to my old job so I wouldn't break even that summer. When I got back she broke up with me because she said I was immature for quitting the intership even though I explained how it cost me $2000 and i only made $80.
My ex, with whom I have a beautiful daughter with, and I dated for 3.5 years. I moved out to his small hometown and put my university plans on hold so that we could start a family and our life together. After 2ish years of being a stay-at-home mom, I decided that it was time to go back to school so my daughter and I moved into the city (1.5 hours away) while he stayed to keep his well paying job and live in the house that we had bought. He came to the city every weekend, his weeks off, and every holiday that he had from work. We eventually decided to rent out our house and he began to live in the city and commute to work. Nothing had changed, other than the amount of time we were together and my load of responsibilities (which I handled quite well), but he became increasingly aggravated. In April of my first year of school, he confessed that he resented me for going back to school and felt that I had to prove that I was better than him. He broke up with me with the excuse that it just wasn't working and he couldn't be with "someone like me". We remained friends for the sake of our daughter and everything was fine. It wasn't until I had met and started dating someone else that he decided that he didn't really break up with me in the first place, and that he had just wanted a break from the stress of our changing relationship. After this epic attempt had failed to sway me, he proceeded with trying everything possible to sabotage my life (ie. take custody of our daughter, cut off all financial assistance, force me to quit school, ruin my new relationship). Thankfully, everything that he tried was unsuccessful. My daughter is still with me, I am still in nursing school working towards my bachelor in science and nursing, and am in a wonderful relationship with my new boyfriend.
I'm sorry sweetheart, but real life doesn't work that way.

There was this girl. I had known her for years and years. I met her in 5th grade and ever since then we became friends. We wouldn't talk much but we'd always have something to say to each other. We grew up...her becoming gorgeous day by day and me realizing how much this girl knows me. We'd literally sit for hours talking about our lives and our beliefs. She had a cold outside, but inside she was warm and sweet as sugar. She went out with my best friend at one time and I didn't mind. I always felt she would come back to me. So I waited. 2 long years I waited until finally all those times of going to her house to have sandwiches got to me, all those times of sitting in class cracking on everyone else got to me, all those times of hanging out and generally loving each others presence got to me......I fell in love...or so I thought. I felt perfect. Everything was right. Just being in her presence took away all my demons, my frustrations, my unwavering pathetically insignificant life. I felt like a person in front of her. Like I mattered. I fell in love with my dream girl.
But then things got different. She went to college and hooked up wit some dude...She swore it was a mistake and that it was the first time she had gotten drunk. My dumbass believed her. Why? Because I believe in HER and ME...together. I told her we'd work through this. A couple months later, she told me she had to break it off because her parents didn't approve of me even though they had known me my entire life. They thought I was unpredictable and was going no where in life just because I wasn't becoming a doctor. She told me her parents didn't approve and I believed her. We broke up and God did it fuckin hurt. I couldn't talk to her, email her, nothing. She said her parents knew about us and were making sure I didn't call her. I lost touch with her. My best friend told me he went to go see her to console her because he knew we were both going through a hard time. He came to my place afterwards and TO MY FACE told me that nothing happened. After that, I went to India.
When I came back, I lost my soul, my heart, and my general appreciation for love. My best friend, who has known me just as long as she did, tells me that the day he went to go see her...something did happen. I was a broken man. In one swift move, I lost any connection to my love and my true friend. I cursed her for breaking my heart and for doing something this cruel. As for my best friend, I forgave him with my brain but not my heart. Both of them hurt me in ways I didn't know humans could be hurt. I had done no harm to any of them. I showed them love when everyone else showed hate.
The story goes on. My best friend went on...back to his old girlfriend. She forgave him and they moved on. And for her...she has a new boyfriend. A douche. Some fuck who will probably end up worse off.
My entire perception of people changed that day. I don't know if I should put more trust in strangers or in friends. At least strangers won't lead you on when they fuck your shit up.
I'll admit. I had my faults. Maybe I was going too fast with it and I jumped into things. but I truly felt this was it. My dumbass never felt so stupid in my entire life. I should've calmed down and played it slowly. She told me it wasn't gonna work, but I told her we'd make it work. I just never knew I was the only one workin at it.
I've had so much shit hit me in my life. Car accidents, fist fights, fights at home, fights with friends, broken bones, shattered eyes, surgeries, deaths, fires, rejection, loneliness, isolation...and yet. the only thing that ever REALLY hurts me...is a broken heart.
So I was with this nice young christian girl for nearly 2 years in total. First few months were fine, we got along really well and quickly got pretty serious. Then I had to go back to uni (my final year), but it was only an hour down the road so it hardly counted as long distance. We kept it going for that year, then had an amazing summer once I'd graduated.
Then she went off to the same uni that I'd just graduated from, so since it was still only an hour down the road, we figured we'd done that distance before so we could do it again.
A couple of months in, I get a call from her in tears saying she'd got really drunk and made out with one of her close friends up there. I liked her a lot and she was clearly quite cut up about this, so I said we'd work past it. I asked my best friend (who was still at that uni on a four year course) what I should do. He gave some good advice and I ended up speaking softly to her friend asking him not to make her choose between us because he'd lose and their friendship was special. My best mate also said he'd look after her from that point.
A couple of months later I find out that both of those two guys had basically been taking turns with my girlfriend for ages behind my back!!
The lesson here is that long distance is hard, and rarely works out. And that sweet innocent christian girls usually ain't!
