I was in a serious relationship when I was 18. My gf had a lot of guy friends. I didn't fully understand it but tried to accept it. One day her male friend (a few yrs older) invited her out for lunch with him and his business partner. Upon getting back my gf called me to tell me her friend's partner came onto her. Insisting that she dumps me as he will treat her like a real man. He has money, drives a bmw, etc. My gfsaid no and loves me more than anything. I commended her as this guy seemed like a jerk.

A week later my gf calls me out of the blue, telling me Im possessive and controlling and she doesnt want to be with me anymore. I was so dumbfounded. I plead with her, tried explaining myself only to be shot down and blamed for something else. She got off the phone and I was devasteted. I struggled for closure and anytime I reached out to her she would either ignore me or would callously blame my attempt for closure as being controlling.

In my last attempt I wrote her a heart-felt letter and delivered it to her home personally one night. I pulled upto her drive only to notice her standing there. I got out and said I just wanted to deliver her a letter and be on my way. She surprisingly was very spunky. "Hey! How are u? Im just waiting for my friend, we are going out for the night" after 2 min of small talk we hear a peeling out around the corner. Guess who comes ripping up the street? Yup....bmw. "my friend is here gotta go!" She got in the car and was gone.

Instant betrayal.

Okay so two years ago I met this guy and when I first met him I absolutely hated him. He was obnoxious and irritating and got under your skin on purpose!! UGH! But, as life would have it, our seating charts in classes started putting us close to each other, so we began talking. And he surprised me by not being as bad as I had thought. We ended up becoming best friends somehow and he kept me smiling. I quickly realized I had caught feelings for him (how, I have no idea. I hadn't imagined myself as one to fall for an arrogant, popular guy). And, well, soon we started dating. We grew closer and I knew I had fallen for him bad. But sometimes it was as if he knew but didn't even care. Some days he would just be a total jerk to me, or (yeah, even better) I would find him flirting with another girl. I brought up these things to him and we ended up getting in a big fight about it. In the end, he yelled "Maybe we should just break up!" and I said okay. and he said okay. And he's moved on since.

I meet this girl at work, she's sexy, interesting, nice, everything I wanted really. I was rarely on shift with her when she started there, and then she takes time off for medical reasons. When she comes back, we get talking and begin to date. Everything's going well, really well; but then one day I realise that I have a lump on my nut sack. Not wanting to worry her, I don't tell her and try to get it checked out. I have to wait for 2 weeks with registering and making an appointment, and in this time I begin to stress out, fearing the worst, as I began to feel ill in other ways (btw all turned out to be nothing). Also during this time, she just suddenly stops texting me (she'd text me all the time when we weren't around each other). I have to make all the effort, and she keeps refusing to see me outside of work, where I just wanna tell her how scared I am of going to the doctors, but don't wanna text her it. When I see her at work I feel as though she doesn't wanna be around me. I knew she'd been talking to some other guy at work too, but he was in a relationship (with another girl at work) and I respected her too much to ever think too much of it. She texts me the night before my doctors appointment, breaking up with me for being distant. I was gutted, however I was given the all clear the next day at the docs, and I text her that day to tell her that I've been distant because of this, and that I still wanna be with her. She doesn't reply, and oddly enough I soon find myself getting over her. She takes a week off work, so I haven't seen her since she ended it. I try talking to her a few days back, just to get some dialog going between us, hoping we could get back together, or at least just not have it awkward between us when she gets back to work. Our convo's just small talk, and I get the impression things are over for good. Then that night things really go to shit, when I get a text off this girl at work. She tells me her bf broke up with her the same day my gf did with me, and then two days later our ex's slept together (these are the same people I mentioned earlier). They'd been texting each other behind our backs for weeks, she knows this having logged onto his fb profile and read the messages between them. 10 mins after receiving this text, I get one off my ex telling me the same thing. I'm livid and don't know what to do. I angrily text her back, insulting the shit out of her. I go into work a couple days later and almost everyone knows the story. Everyone's really supportive and stuff, but when I go in the next day he's there. I didn't know what to do, I wanted to hit him so badly, but I know that if I did, I'd lose my job. He can't even bring himself to look at me. She's got another week off now, and I begin hearing stuff about how much people disliked her and slutty stories people had heard about her. I also find out that people where only nice around her because she was with me. She comes back in just under a week, but I don't know what to do. It's easy for people to say just be the bigger man, but I almost find it embarrassing to go into work now. I wouldn't say she broke my heart, as I never really imagined us being together forever, but I did care for her and loved her, and for her to betray me in this way has just left me feeling shit.

I was together with my boyfriend for almost 11 months. I was struggling with sepression? But he always assured be that i loved me for who i was. A day before we went on holiday together he said he wanted to talk. He said that he felt trapped and he wsnted to be single again still, he wanted to go on holiday with me, because maybe he would change his mind. When we came back from our holiday, he broke up with me anyway. He said he wanted to stay friends, and i was kind of okay with that. A week after we broke up, he said he had to talk with me again. I asked him what was wrong, amd he told me he got together with my best friend (!!!) because he wanted to know what it was like to be with her instead of me. I have never felt so betrayed. And even though he did this to me, i still love him to pieces and would get back with him any second.

I was with my boyfriend for 3 years, roughly. He’s cheated on me around 7 times, and broken up with me for another girl. He always comes back to me in the end, and of course, I love him so much that I always take him back. This is my first serious relationship and it’s killing me. He was always telling me to change, and made me feel really bad about myself at times. He would also always talk about his ex’s in a negative way and call them psychopaths, but now I’m starting to relies that he did that to them through his manipulation, and I too am falling victim to it. We would break up once every two weeks on average, usually because I would bring something up about him cheating, and he would figure out some way to spin it round on me. Every time we broke up, I felt worthless. Some days I wouldn’t even get out of bed. As soon as we got back together I’d be happy again and it felt like an instant weight had been lifted off my chest. Until the next break up that is. On Saturday he went to a ‘friends’ house and switched his phone off all night. I told him I was done with him, and the next day he text me agreeing that we should end things for good.
I obviously begged him to stay and told him that I didn’t mean what I said but he hasn’t replied and won't answer his phone. I know I can’t keep going through this as it is making me so depressed. But I can’t stand to be away from him. I don’t know if this really is the final break up. I just don’t know what to do anymore.

I met her many years back in high school. I got'a say, after she broke up with her lousy ex, she took affection towards me, and I the same, and that summer, we were together. Now, we actually did a long distance relationship, which now, I don't believe it works, simply because you lose so much time to know each other. Three years holding on to her, to find out that the only reason why she wants me to come home this summer was to find out if I am still good for her. I need to say, I did goof up a bit, always was over my head to make sure she was still into me, and that she didn't find someone else. She had so many things going on for her, a ton of activities, and I always ran into thoughts about "what if she found someone else that can actually be with her?". This year, I got a little anxious, and went overboard to the point where she wanted to see me, like I said a few sentences ago, if I am still the one for her. Then, for some reason, she told me that "she doesn't deserve to be with me" and breaks up with me, in the BEGINNING of the summer. Now that sucks. And she thinks that I felt the same way. After that, she posts on Facebook about how amazing her life is in Kung Fu, and about how others there are so perfect for her. I poured my heart out for her, and now I found her hanging out with other people tonight at this event. I thought I saw her looking at me, and then ignoring me back and forth. Now I know that she set me up for her own good. She told me that she could wait for me, and pulled this crap? I actually had stuff lined up this summer for my career, and all I get was a "I can't be with you, it's not fair for you"? Well now she knows why I was so damn anxious and in-her-business, and now I know, LONG DISTANCE NEVER WORKS! And I will never make that same mistake again. But first I need to pack away the tons of pictures and things she gave me of us so I don't do something stupid.

Ok, so here it goes. We met in college at 19 years old, he pursued me. We went out on a date and boom from there we saw each other multiple times, got into a relationship and fell in love. He was my first love and he broke my heart. We were together about 4 and 1/2 years, he lived with me in my mom's house and we didn't charge him any rent or anything always made sure he had food, clothes whatever he needed, I took care of him pretty much. He was a great guy, always treated me well but very unmotivated which caused me to be very bitchy towards him because I just wanted him to make something of himself and do something with his life. When you are with someone almost 5 years you want your relationship to move forward and progress and I just felt like we were stuck. Besides the point I made many mistakes in the relationship too but what happened in the end is something I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. We started to drift and I noticed so he went away for the weekend as did I separately to think things over and I wanted to work on it because I was still in love with him and he didn't have any desire to work on it so just like that it was over. Now here comes the good part. I confided in one of my close friends about the breakup and told her I was still in love with my ex only to find out her and him started dating 2 weeks later after him and I broke up and apparently they are in love now and in a relationship. Mind you I know this girl since I was 12 years old. My heart is shattered into pieces, it is honestly a horrible feeling when someone betrays you like this especially when you spend so much time with a person and they say they will never hurt you but they do. The biggest lesson I have learned from this is to never put to much trust in anyone. Honestly this situation has made me doubt ever wanting to fall in love again because the heartbreak just hurts to much.

This is almost a two year long story. I have a short 25 minute video that will be attached to this video. I met a girl that I was there for right off the bat when her mom was having more time f***ing this guy than taking care of her daughter. She moved in with in with me, but soon I would learn the truth to her. She was abusive, and didn't do anything. She had very bad hygiene problems that would lead to her yeast infection and multiple UTI's. She watched pedophile porn which made me absolutely sick. The girl walked out on me when I needed her, and we would eventually break up. She would play mind games with me back and forth for a while. Then in the end she finally told me that I was just a comforter, that I never mattered, and to go kill myself. Sadly I'm cursed with this feeling because she was my first everything. The video below will give a better insight.

When you told me you had found someone, I was worried. I thought there wasn’t possibly a way you cheated on me because I knew you. I trusted you. You weren’t that person. You said you hadn’t started dating her yet and that you were “just friends” but that you’d spent the night at her apartment on her couch a few times, that you’d gone out for drinks, etc. I digested this news. You had found someone else. I begged, I cried, I starved myself for several weeks – because I couldn’t understand how you, someone who I thought to be a good person, could have cheated on me.

I read her Facebook updates and it appeared that you had been dating since April, going on little vacation trips together, meeting her family, etc., all the while you were still dating me. You used my car to visit her, to bring her to work, and to take trips out in the country with her. When I was extremely ill, you claimed you were at a cabin with your parents and elderly grandmother, so I would have to take an ambulance. Turns out you were with her in the country, with my car.

You didn’t even come clean with me, I had asked for honesty. Please just tell me how long you’d been dating, what had gone on behind my back, etc. I felt made a fool of and humiliated. I was embarrassed that I defended you when you were “at a friends house” (turns out you were spending the night with her), or when you were hours late coming home from work, I figured you stopped to hang out with a friend – turns out I was completely over-trusting.

When I found out the truths splattered all over her Facebook, knowing that she had been married and her ex-husband had cheated on her and caused the end of the marriage less than a year before you two started dating, I was angry. How can another woman agree to date a man and put another lady in the same position she herself was in? She knew how this kind of betrayal hurt.

There was a time after the cheating when you made me feel like the cheating was entirely my fault and that if I tried to change some things about my behaviors and my income situation, you’d still date me. You claimed you wanted to be friends. You cried like a baby several times. You insisted that you didn’t hate me.

I moved out. We broke up. Things were spiraling out of control – and there you were being cruel to me any chance you got. I ran into you and your new “fiancé” (you got engaged after four months of dating, all of which were done when you were cheating on me, really), and instead of showing some respect for me being in the same vicinity as you two – you made out the entire night for hours on end in front of my friends and me! Talk about disrespectful.

You couldn’t understand what caused me to hate you. You couldn’t understand what caused me to hate her? You wanted me to play nicely and be kind. I’ve moved on with my life, I’ve met someone I can trust and depend on. We bonded over the horrible things you did to me, how low you were as a person, and we laugh at you. I’m glad we’re able to be together – but I’m still angry at you for NOT apologizing for the kinds of cruel things you did to me.

I’d be ashamed for your mother and father that they raised such a horrific human. You lied to your parents while you were cheating, you didn’t even invite them to your wedding – because you’ve changed. You’ve become the most evil person I’ve ever known, and it’s sad – because you use to be a good person.

I’d like to say I wish you health and happiness, but I wish almost every ill the world can throw at you. Every impossible situation where you’ll find pain, I wish that for you. I hope one day karma throws you several things at one time and you can feel what it feels like to not have a choice in a situation, to be made a fool of, and to hurt.

I know in my heart, you will cheat on her. Once she doesn’t pay enough attention to you. Once she gets too busy working and being a mother, she’ll forget to give you the insane amount of attention you require and you’ll do horrible things to her like you’ve done to me. The only difference is, she’ll deserve it.

I'm actually here to resubmit my video because I had to take it down once on YouTube. It's roughly an hour and a half. Basically what I will summarize here is that I opened my heart and home to a girl that would later end up leaving because she hated the location. I was always there for her when she needed me, but she wasn't when I needed her. She never had the proper parents to raise her. She moved in with me when she was 17 and stayed until a little after she turned 18 so it's an interesting story to follow. Her mom is a crook. She abandoned her child, didn't help us pay for her, and still had the nerve to claim IRS taxes on her. I can't stand the woman at all. I've always been a selfless person tending to other peoples needs over mine. I guess now I ask for people to watch my video and those that have been hurt like me to please give some form of advice. http://youtu.be/FQ4Le4HFz9M
